Bachtla Sports Center
A wide variety of leisure activities available in all weather conditions throughout the year for guests of all ages.
Plenty of entertainment and sporting activities are on offer for families, groups and solo travelers alike. There is a swimming pool with a giant slide, a children's paddling pool and a fitness room with modern training equipment. A sauna is also available. The hall with two indoor tennis courts is also used for soccer and badminton and as a venue for major events such as concerts, children's circus and sports tournaments.
The Sports and Recreation Center opened its new, modern premises in December 2012.
The highlights include the new wellness area with sauna, steam bath, relaxation room and whirlpool in the indoor pool area. The children's pool and relaxation room are now located on the south-west side with a glass facade affording views of the breathtaking Valais mountains.
The reception area and restaurant have been completely renovated. The entire sports center has been refurbished to be energy efficient and wheelchair accessible.
